Protocol for reopening

Dear clients,

We are delighted to welcome you to La Grange Aux Marmottes.

Your security is our priority. This is the reason why, following the Covid-19 epidemic which is still raging around the world, we are committed to respecting a health security protocol , before, during and after your stay.

The cleaning of your room is provided by staff trained in barrier gestures and hygienic measures following a precise and in-depth cleaning process. All staff work with masks and gloves, using disinfectants.

A reinforced cleaning plan has been set up, ventilating your room, disinfecting sanitary facilities, sinks, showers, door handles, switches, remote control, coffee machine, etc.

Use of bleach and wipes in sanitary facilities in particular.

The cleaning of the bed linen is outsourced and sent to the laundry in accordance with current safety standards. We provide you with a basket to place the used towels that we wash at the highest temperature. We also put a garbage can with plastic bag.

At the restaurant

Staff work with masks and wash their hands regularly .

It is essential to reserve your table at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast; tables are limited this year. If you are staying for several days, your table will remain the same for your entire stay. Breakfast will be served at the table to limit movement in the dining room as much as possible.

Pool & Jacuzzi

The swimming pool is open as well as the jacuzzi . We ask you to stay at least one meter away on the beach. Do not introduce a balloon, buoy, or food around the pool. We do not provide a bath towel.

In the jacuzzi, 3 or 4 people maximum at a time.

The pool is treated according to standards with chlorine, the beaches are also disinfected.

Please take a shower and cross the footbath treated with chlorinated water before entering the area around the pool. Hydroalcoholic gel is present on the site.

We have removed all paper documents, we are at your disposal to guide you and give you individual tourist documentation.

In order to protect each other,

Do not forget that wearing a mask is compulsory to circulate in the hotel and in the restaurant.

We have placed 2 masks in your room for this purpose.

Hydroalcoholic gel is also provided in your room and in the common areas of the hotel.

On the day of your departure,

Please leave the windows open,

Your room must be vacated by 10 a.m.
