Estaubé is the smallest of the three Cirques, but its modesty gives it a certain charm: a place of tranquility for the local flora and fauna, ideal for families. High place of pastoralism, nearly 400 cows and 1200 sheep graze there every summer! Along the Gloriettes lake then the bucolic Estaubé stream, the route leading to the circus is an ideal place to observe marmots! From the Gloriettes dam, the start of the walk, you will see, passing the summit ridges of the circus, the mythical Mont Perdu and its 3355m altitude, the third highest peak in the Pyrenees. Easy family walk of 3 hours round trip from Lac des Gloriettes.
